About Us

My Home Butcher was created by a love of fresh food and living off the land. Situated at Wamuran QLD just 40 mins from Brisbane on Lindsay Road, hence the farm name being Lindsay Road Estate.

The Farm is managed by Owner Darren James. Being a qualified Chef and also front of House Manager in some of the most famous Restaurants in Australia such as The Oak Room at the Hyatt Hotel Canberra, Siggis Fine Dining at The Heritage Hotel Brisbane and Lizard Island Qld. Darren has a passion for high quality food and feels there is no reason why Restaurant produce cannot be in your home as well

Our Beef, Pork and Lamb is next to non in taste and tenderness. Cut to order in a manner that you know you are getting quality and not like Supermarkets want us to to have our meat. You will be Surprised what you have been missing out on once you taste our produce.

We guarantee all of our produce and we believe we will save you money and time which is precious and, in turn, you will soon realise that Supermarkets are not the best place to go to buy fresh produce.

Shipping & Payments

How are my products delivered?

To ensure our products reach you in perfect condition we use temperature controlled vans in accordance to Safe Food Qld procedures. 

We use national couriers to deliver your order on a day convenient to you, Tuesday to Friday – we will also provide you with confirmation of your required delivery day.   It is important that upon ordering you provide us with as much information as possible, ie leave with neighbour at 33, top floor flat.  It is a requirement for your order to be accepted personally by you  - perhaps a delivery at work is practical?  There MAY be a charge for a failed delivery and this needs to be rectified with in 24 hours with agreed re delivery fee paid. if not there will be no refunds as the product is then detroyed


When do you deliver?

We normally send deliveries within 24 hours of ordering and deliver Tuesday to Friday.  We cannot deliver on Saturdays.  You can select a delivery Date when ordering by placing the day in the reference area

Orders received  on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered Tuesday onwards.

Monday before 8pm will be delivered Tuesday onwards.

Tuesday before 8pm will be delivered Wednesday Onwards.

Wednesday before 8pm will be delivered Thursday onwards.

Thursday before 8pm will be delivered Friday or Monday

Saturday deliveries are NOT possible


What are your delivery charges?

We offer standard Delivery charge on all orders being $15.00 per delivery. This is only available to the Brisbane area and surounding Suburbs. We do not deliver to to the Sunshine coast or Gold Coast and areas in between.
